Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be in the original packaging with all accessories, tags, and manuals included.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered.
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Hygiene or personal care products once opened (where applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the item.
  • Photos of the shipping package (if damaged).

We will review your request and offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our mistake, a damaged product, or a defective item, NestBuy.in will cover the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
